Hi, I’m Srishti Malpath

As a somatic works practitioner, I've learned that thinking with my body enables me to move seamlessly with my thoughts, bridging the gap between mind and body. Alongside my practice, I hold over 7 years of diverse work experiences spanning industries such as FMCG, Healthcare, Education, Entrepreneurship, and Wellness.


Having spent years in the corporate arena, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges of modern life and the overwhelming nature of our unforgiving workplace ecosystems and social structures. It is clear that we're in dire need of reorientation, shifting from technical expertise and cognitive mindsets to embracing embodied intelligence.

I position myself as a facilitator of this shift, creating spaces for individuals and organizations to explore and connect with their intuitive bodies. My work centers around yoga (Classes and Courses), education (Schools and Colleges), and corporate wellness (Organizations through employee intervention programs)
